Where we come from
Twenty-five years, one obsession: doing it right.
For a quarter-century, the work has been the same: take a tired, overlooked house and turn it into something people are proud to live in. That craft earned a feature on Property Brothers and a reputation across South Texas, West Texas, Southern California.
The mission today is bigger. Rather than renovating for homeowners one job at a time, Jake's buys, renovates, and sells properties as a business - and partners with investors who want a disciplined, low-risk way into real estate. Same craftsmanship. A sharper purpose.
