What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the reason you selected, and your message. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

Why we collect it

To read your message and reply to it. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Where it goes

A contact form submission is delivered to our inbox as an email and is kept there for as long as the conversation is useful. Three services are involved in running this site:

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
• Resend delivers the contact form email.
• Kodokyo powers the feedback button, used by our web team while the site is being refined. It records a submission only when someone actively uses it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jake@jakeshor.com and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is aimed at adults doing business with us. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Questions go to jake@jakeshor.com.
